How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–6 business days after that. We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. You'll get a tracking link by email.
How does the 30-night trial work?
Use it for up to 30 nights from delivery. If it isn't for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Once it's back, we refund the product price: $89 for a single pillow, $74.50 per pillow from a 2-pack. Return shipping is paid by you.
Is it rechargeable?
No. It's plug-in only, so it never runs out of battery halfway through a session.
How strong is it?
It's gentle. The vibration has three levels and the air-lift rises slowly. If you want deep-tissue pressure, a massage therapist is the better choice.
